The Agilent BIDP is a government-funded programme to develop technical expertise and talent in the bio-analytical field. Supported by Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad, this Public and Private Partnership (PPP) programme is led by Agilent Technologies in partnership with Human Architecture Technologies and with the support of the National Institutes of Biotechnology Malaysia (NIBM).
